Finally I Sea (12:53 Min)

Proximity to water, especially the sea, is associated with many positive measures of physical and mental wellbeing, from higher levels of Vitamin D to better social relations. Many urban children are unaware of how it feels to be in nature and its calming and rejuvenating effects because they have never been. London primary school student, “Fajita,” has never seen the sea. It is estimated that one in five children in the UK have never seen the ocean… and yet they live on an island!

Join Fajita and some of her fellow students and their adventure to see the sea for the very first time… and the changes and appreciation for nature that it brings to each of them.
